These terms govern text messages sent by PlunkOps, LLC. By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to receive text messages from us at that number.

Account and security notifications, onboarding and setup reminders, support responses, service status alerts, and time-sensitive operational notices relating to your organization's use of our products.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's rates apply and we do not control them.

Consent is not a condition of purchase

You are not required to agree to receive text messages in order to purchase any product or service from us.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message from us at any time. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages. You may also email support@plunkops.com to be removed.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder or an authorized user of the mobile number you provide.

Privacy

Your mobile number and messaging consent are handled under our Privacy Policy at plunkops.com/privacy-policy. We do not sell or share mobile numbers or text-message consent with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Changes

We may modify or discontinue the messaging program at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page.

Messages sent by customer organizations

Organizations using our products to send messages to their own members are responsible for obtaining and maintaining prior express consent from each recipient, for honoring opt-out requests, and for complying with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and all applicable messaging regulations.

Organizations may not upload, import, or send to any list of recipients who have not consented to receive messages from that organization. We may suspend messaging for any organization we reasonably believe is sending without consent.
